Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Learning Experience Designer to create impactful learning experiences for its Revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop sales enablement training materials, including eLearning modules and live training resources
- Collaborate with technical leaders and subject matter experts to create effective learning materials based on training needs
- Gather feedback and utilize metrics to refine training content and enhance learning effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in training content creation for a technical audience in a SaaS environment
- Experience with AI-powered learning tools to enhance training personalization and engagement
- Familiarity with instructional design tools and basic understanding of LMS and CMS platforms
- Strong grasp of adult learning principles and excellent organizational skills
