Key Responsibilities
- Drive team productivity and ensure effective daily conversion of interviews, hires, and placements
- Manage communication and support for current students, graduating students, and alumni, providing personalized career guidance
- Guide team members in coaching graduates through the interview and hiring process with allied healthcare employers
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in recruiting, career services, employment assistance, or sales
- Ability to handle a high-pressure environment and demonstrate people leadership
- Computer literacy/basic computer skills to navigate technology required for the role
- Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment
