Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical onboarding projects for new customers, ensuring alignment with DevOps and infrastructure goals
- Oversee ongoing Managed DevOps services, maintaining SLA adherence and delivering consistent value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve delivery blockers and provide regular status updates
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, onboarding, or managed cloud/DevOps services
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or cloud-native environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple customers and priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with enterprise or mid-market customer engagement
