Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily and weekly operational tasks and request fulfillment for Capacity requests
• Provide communications and updates to senior TPM and leadership on progress
• Proactively identify and resolve regressions to reduce privacy risks

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience with Capacity operations or Incident response operations
• 2+ years of experience with Infrastructure and Data Center fundamentals
• Past experience with production engineering or systems engineering
• 2+ years of experience with operations, including request fulfillment and task coordination
