Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Oversee and manage multiple complex technical programs, including risk management and coordination of major releases
• Drive collaboration across agile, cross-functional teams to ensure integration with ongoing and future development initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Program Manager with a successful track record in delivering complex technical programs
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Significant experience in managing projects delivered by third-party vendors
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in agile software development environments; experience with blockchain projects is highly desirable
