Key Responsibilities
- Triage and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution
- Collaborate with team members and document support processes and training materials
- Maintain adherence to service level agreements and manage engineering tickets for bugs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in Information Technology and/or Software Support
- Proven technical and analytical skills with a solid understanding of live video production workflows
- Experience with troubleshooting software issues on Windows and MacOS
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
