Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Success Manager to drive customer success and engagement with their products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Articulate the gap between the client's current and desired states and create custom presentations for key accounts
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and provide strategic advice to help them achieve success
  • Proactively identify customer needs, facilitate training, and manage expectations regarding product usage and support
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Pre-Sales or Technical Account Management
  • Experience with SaaS and a mix of business and technical acumen
  • Familiarity with technologies like OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, or Enterprise Automation
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar platforms
