Key Responsibilities
- Articulate the gap between the client's current and desired states and create custom presentations for key accounts
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and provide strategic advice to help them achieve success
- Proactively identify customer needs, facilitate training, and manage expectations regarding product usage and support
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Pre-Sales or Technical Account Management
- Experience with SaaS and a mix of business and technical acumen
- Familiarity with technologies like OCR, Intelligent Document Processing, or Enterprise Automation
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar platforms
