A company is looking for a First Level Analyst to provide technical support for contact center systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with technical and non-technical customers through various communication channels
- Triage and manage customer incidents, requests, and problems while performing remote installations and repairs
- Proactively monitor systems and maintain detailed records in ServiceNow
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft OS (Client and Server) and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Bonus: Familiarity with modern operating systems and cloud technologies
- Bonus: Ability and desire to write code (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) is a plus
