Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues for customers
- Implement end-to-end readiness programs and mentor other Technical Support Engineers
- Provide feedback for product improvement and develop automation techniques to enhance support processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical support or IT experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience
- Experience with enrolling and managing devices across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms
- Knowledge of app management and security compliance for organizational devices
- Familiarity with integrating Intune with other Microsoft services
- Business-level fluency in English
