Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Operator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via a 24/7 helpdesk
- Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, DNS, FTP, SSL, and Apache
- Ensure customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations and resolving issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Linux and web hosting applications
- Familiarity with control panels such as cPanel/WHM, Plesk, or DirectAdmin
- Experience with email protocols (POP3/IMAP/SMTP) and MySQL commands
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
- Basic knowledge of programming languages like PHP, Python, Perl, or Ruby on Rails is a bonus
