Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative to handle customer inquiries and provide assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls and provide assistance to customers
  • Offer training and troubleshooting support to address customer issues
  • Document all interactions and arrange for product repairs as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma; Associate Degree in Information or Computer Science preferred
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with database applications and spreadsheets is advantageous
  • Experience with Windows navigation and MS Office applications
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus
