Key Responsibilities
- Provide phone, email, and chat-based technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Develop solutions to improve customer satisfaction and create lifelong promoters of the brand
- Assist customers with billing, invoice, and account issues while striving for first contact resolution
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented role, preferably in technical support
- Strong aptitude for web, eCommerce, and hosting technologies
- Ability to utilize self-service resources to find solutions effectively
- Basic understanding of web languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript, etc.) is preferred
- Willingness to work various schedules, including evenings and weekends
