Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative IV - Workforce Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and perform activities in support of technical or application environments, including product management and performance tuning
- Independently analyze and design to translate business requirements into technical specifications and oversee project plans
- Provide technical consulting and training, while collaborating with business and IT staff to resolve customer requests
Required Qualifications
- BS in MIS or CS or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of IT experience, with 2 years as a Technical Service and Support Specialist II or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge in at least 4 IT areas such as Application Development Lifecycle and Project Management
- Proven ability to lead small to medium scale projects and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Experience with technologies such as Database Technology and Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence Solutions preferred
