Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Services Specialist 1 to handle customer inquiries in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer complex inbound account inquiries and troubleshoot customer issues
• Process new account applications and review transactions and credit line requests
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls accurately while delivering excellent customer experience
• Demonstrated computer experience and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends
