A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist - LG & CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical software support for a global customer base via various communication channels
- Manage support ticket cases and ensure timely responses while identifying and reporting bugs
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base and assist in formulating unique solutions for customer challenges
Required Qualifications
- Experience with SaaS solutions and customer support
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google suite applications
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zapier, or other marketing automation tools is a plus
- Knowledge of email deliverability concepts is a plus
- Bilingual candidates are preferred
