Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide payments-related technical support services while ensuring superior client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer support via various communication channels
  • Triage and manage inbound customer inquiries and technical issues
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of POS terminals and payment gateways
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of industry experience in call center or customer support roles
  • 2+ years of experience in the card payment industry or payment processing
  • Experience with TSYS, Fiserv, or related payment processing technologies preferred
  • Experience in call center environments in the payments industry preferred
