Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer support via various communication channels

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of industry experience in call center or customer support roles
- 2+ years of experience in the card payment industry or payment processing
- Experience with TSYS, Fiserv, or related payment processing technologies preferred
- Experience in call center environments in the payments industry preferred
