Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential support and maintain service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users via phone and other communication channels
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, as well as support mobile devices
  • Manage service desk requests and ensure timely resolution of issues related to IT assets and conference room technology
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm environment
  • Experience in a Microsoft environment and familiarity with various software and tools, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new applications and software
  • Participate in rotating on-call and after-hours support as needed
  • Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development and training
