Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Technician to provide essential support and maintain service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and support to end-users via phone and other communication channels
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, as well as support mobile devices
- Manage service desk requests and ensure timely resolution of issues related to IT assets and conference room technology
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with two or more years of Service Desk experience, preferably in a law firm environment
- Experience in a Microsoft environment and familiarity with various software and tools, including Microsoft Office 365
- Ability to quickly learn and master new applications and software
- Participate in rotating on-call and after-hours support as needed
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development and training
