Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Representative (Part Time).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project a professional attitude and support large volumes of inbound and outbound contacts
- Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions while maintaining ownership of the contact experience
- Keep detailed records in the agent ticketing system and adapt to changing demands of the work environment
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred
- A minimum of 1 year of service experience with high customer engagement
- Basic understanding of health insurance terminology preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a contact center environment under pressure
- Experience working in a remote position and strong data entry skills
