Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Communication: Manage WhatsApp interactions with customers, answering inquiries and providing timely updates with a professional tone.
- Task Management: Utilize Asana to oversee projects and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Marketing Support: Design engaging advertisements in Canva, incorporating dealership images and pricing information.
- Pricing & Estimates: Use Xdesk Pro, an online calculator, to generate accurate monthly pricing and financing estimates based on dealership-provided figures, term lengths, and mileage limits.
- Listings Maintenance: Ensure vehicle listings and pricing remain precise and up to date.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with internal staff to streamline processes and communication.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with (or a willingness to learn) Asana, Canva, and Xdesk Pro.
- Excellent written communication skills with a professional and courteous tone.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across various customer interactions.
- Previous experience in customer service and/or digital marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems efficiently.
