Technical Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Writer to support the development of secure documentation for cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Author and maintain system documentation including Security Plans, Control Documents, and user manuals
• Translate complex technical processes into clear documentation aligned with FedRAMP and NIST standards
• Collaborate with teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across documentation

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of technical writing experience for cloud-based or SaaS programs
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform structure and user roles
• Experience supporting DHS or other Civilian GovCon clients in regulated environments
• Strong grasp of documentation tools and 508 compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree required
