Required Qualifications
- Secondary School diploma
- Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service roles
- Reliable high-speed internet and personal computer running Windows 10 or 11
- USB wired headset and working webcam
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office/Outlook
