Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Health Informatics, Public Health, or Data Science
• 5+ years of leadership and management experience with high-performing professionals
• 5+ years of experience working with data analytics and reporting systems
• Proficiency in data analytics and BI tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Understanding of Medicaid policy and healthcare data systems
