Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Researcher (Project/Temporary) on the Environmental, Occupational, and Dietary Risk Factors team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a core understanding of assigned research area methodology and carry out quantitative analyses and statistical modeling
- Extract, format, and assess data sources for ongoing analysis, and document code and analytic approaches systematically
- Contribute to presentations, manuscripts, and funding proposals, and maintain scientific awareness of data and methods
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in public health, epidemiology, statistics, biostatistics, math, economics, quantitative social sciences, or related discipline plus 1 year of related experience
- Proven interest and experience in environmental risk factors and quantitative methodologies
- Working ability with at least one statistical programming language, preferably R or Python
- Results-oriented individual capable of working independently and in a team under tight deadlines
- A commitment to diversity and inclusion in research practices
