• Provide technical assistance and customer service to internal and external customers
• Support the execution of data collection activities in collaboration with technical teams and external organizations
• Mentor less experienced team members and work independently on multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical assistance
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications or Public Relations
• Experience documenting business requirements for health IT platforms
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Experience with end-to-end documentation and deliverables
