Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of tracking studies for a major technology company, ensuring alignment with client objectives
- Manage all phases of tracking projects, from proposal development to delivery of insight-driven reports
- Identify patterns in tracking data to help clients understand shifts in key performance indicators and market dynamics
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in consumer insights, research, or an analyst/strategy role at a technology company
- B.A./B.S. degree in Social Sciences, Business, Marketing, Market Research, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience building relationships with clients and providing strategic guidance
- Expertise in data analysis techniques and software, including statistical significance testing and multivariate analysis
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members
