Job Summary
A company is looking for a Temporary Zendesk Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Zendesk environment and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Coordinate the launch of new features and provide technical support for Zendesk CRM applications
- Develop and maintain documentation, workflows, and training materials for Zendesk usage
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of System or Application Administration experience
- 3+ years of experience with Zendesk development and integrations
- 3+ years of advanced knowledge of developer tools including Zendesk SDK and API
- Associate or higher degree in a related field
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is desired
