Tennessee Licensed Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Director with a Tennessee License for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead medical management planning, implementation, and reporting for Contractor and TennCare
• Evaluate inquiries from physicians and providers, and consult with review panel members as needed
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee medical content for company publications

Required Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. with a current or eligible Tennessee medical license
• Board Certified in a clinical specialty
• 10+ years of clinical practice experience
• Experience in Medicaid and Medicare
• Knowledge of complex healthcare systems and delivery systems
