Job Summary
A company is looking for a Territory Sales Manager, Roofing & Waterproofing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for direct buying customers and key influencers in the assigned market
- Create and implement a written business development plan for the industry and markets serviced
- Conduct regular customer follow-ups and participate in local tradeshow events
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales track record with at least 5 years of experience in roofing and waterproofing systems
- Experience in cold-calling and working independently with clients
- Construction experience as an installer is a plus
- Ability to utilize industry specifications for creating bid project pipelines
- Experience in reviewing sales and lead generation reports to identify market opportunities
