Test Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Test Analyst to design, develop, and execute testing activities for IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish testing strategy and plan, and analyze business requirements for testability
• Design and develop test cases, execute various testing types, and analyze results to recommend solutions
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support knowledge management through discussions and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

• Technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or a Master's degree with up to 2 years of experience
• Experience in healthcare and Medicaid
• 2 or more years of experience in delivering testing services for various project sizes
• Proficient in testing and development methodologies
• Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating with team members
