Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support for one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish without cold calling
- Maintain a distraction-free workspace during training and work hours
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Must reside in Texas and be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Preferred 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience
- Open availability during operating hours is necessary
