Job Summary

A company is looking for a TX Commercial Title Examiner (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for commercial transactions
• Abstract and analyze public records to determine ownership and legal restrictions
• Prepare initial title commitment documentation and various title reports following established guidelines

Required Qualifications and Education

• 3-5+ years of Texas Commercial Title Exam or related experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of public records and legal descriptions
• Proficient in researching title records and using various resources
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
