Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate claims and defenses in various commercial contract disputes
• Conduct legal research and support dispute resolution strategy
• Prepare legal documents and handle preliminary phases of litigation

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the Texas bar and in good standing
• 3-7+ years of relevant legal experience in litigation and dispute resolution
• Experience with arbitration and mediation
• Background in commercial litigation or technology and commercial landlord/tenant matters
