Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Coach, English Language Arts (9-12).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Tier 2 instruction is aligned and implemented with fidelity
• Coach and support effective instructional strategies for Tier 2 teachers
• Provide ongoing feedback and model best practices to enhance teacher effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, or a related field
• Valid Texas teaching certificate with an endorsement in English Language Arts and Reading, Grades 7-12
• 3-5 years of successful ELA classroom teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of Tier 2 intervention instructional strategies and assessment tools
• Proficiency in analyzing student performance data to guide instruction
