Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee software applications and infrastructure projects for Texas's educational system.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate processes to ensure adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget
• Monitor application quality and ensure deliverables meet agreements and budget constraints
• Communicate with stakeholders, solicit feedback, and build strong relationships

Required Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with software application teams using SDLC, PMLC, and Agile Scrum methodology
• Knowledge of project management theories and practices applied to complex projects
• Strong customer-service mindset focused on stakeholder needs
• Understanding of school finance or state tax laws
• PMI Certification preferred
