Key Responsibilities
- Own creator acquisition strategy for TikTok Shops, building a network of revenue-driving creators
- Grow partnerships with TikTok Agency Partners and creator agencies for scalable deal flow
- Manage full-funnel campaign execution from content briefing to performance tracking
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing focused on TikTok Shops
- Direct experience with TikTok Agency Partners and managing creator agency relationships
- Strong negotiation skills with an understanding of commission and performance-based models
- Experience managing a large number of creators, including contracts and performance tracking
- Fluency in tools like TikTok Creator Center and affiliate dashboards
