Job Summary
A company is looking for a Trainer to support the implementation of a Medicaid system.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project contractors and clients to identify training needs and delivery methods
- Facilitate training sessions for site account staff and assist in preparing them for go-live
- Develop eLearning videos and training materials as part of the training program
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 to 5 years of business analysis experience
- Experience collaborating with functional groups within an organization
- Knowledge of training methodologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience with Adobe Captivate and Articulate video authoring software is preferred
