Training & Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training & Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop instructional materials for online courses
• Create and/or revise interactive storyboards, simulations, and multimedia elements
• Manage project timelines and coordinate with project teams for timely delivery of course materials

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an instructional designer with a focus on training content development
• Proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Rise & Storyline, Captivate, and Adobe Illustrator
• Experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or GxP industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Experience in a highly regulated environment
