A company is looking for a Training Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess training needs through job analysis and consultations with managers
• Design and deliver engaging training programs, including onboarding and compliance training
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs using surveys and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in training or instructional design
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms
• Experience in healthcare is required
• Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models
