Training Specialist Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Training Specialist in Revenue Cycle/Medical Billing for a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop a curriculum for employees
• Utilize Subject Matter Experts to create and maintain instructional materials and procedures
• Facilitate training sessions and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Five (5) years of experience in the training field
• One (1) year of curriculum development experience
• Two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment with leadership responsibilities
• Excellent documentation skills
