Transaction Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to support its growing platform in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate the proposal and transaction pipeline for real estate investment sales and financing transactions
• Manage deadlines, milestones, and updates of proposals and transactions throughout the production cycle
• Coordinate between the transaction team, firm departments, and third parties for presentations, deadlines, and due diligence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or post-graduate degree in management, finance, or a related discipline preferred
• Experience or familiarity with commercial real estate transactions is a plus
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects/tasks
• Ability to delegate, manage, and coordinate projects and tasks
• Independent thinker who is proactive and professional in dealing with clients and third parties
