Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Contact Center Sales Associate to support sales and service for travel products through various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Members/non-Members with reservations for air, car, rail, and hotel through phone, email, and web chat
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Comply with regulations and policies while actively seeking upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 18 months of sales/customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Ability to work weekends, overtime, and/or holidays as required
- Stable, high-speed, hard-wired internet connection is mandatory
- Successful completion of virtual training class
