Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Enablement Manager, Sales Methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the rollout and adoption of the enterprise-wide sales methodology and develop the enablement strategy
- Design and deliver enablement programs and content to integrate sales methodology into daily activities
- Conduct performance analyses and gather feedback to continuously improve training and coaching programs
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in sales enablement and/or enterprise sales, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Experience leading the implementation of a structured sales methodology and developing enablement programs
- Deep understanding of solution-based sales cycles and enterprise buying behaviors
- Strong skills in needs analysis, instructional design, and program management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
