Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with Higher Education clients
- Utilize data analysis to pinpoint areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including client retention and revenue growth
Qualifications
- 7+ years of quota carrying software or technology sales and account management experience, ideally to HBCUs
- Ability to work well within a team of various partners in a matrixed environment
- Highly driven individual with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency
- Solution selling mentality with the ability to develop plans and articulate value
- Education: Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
