We are currently seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Miami. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue goals. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and research

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Conduct client needs assessments to tailor solutions and offerings

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support strategic growth initiatives

  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations to potential clients

  • Track and report on key metrics related to business development activities

  • Attend industry events and networking functions as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
