Job Summary
A company is looking for a Renewal Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and prepare for renewal opportunities, including pricing and quotes
- Provide administrative support to the Global Renewals organization and maintain Salesforce opportunity hygiene
- Coordinate with the Deal Desk on pricing, contract renewals, and ensure accuracy of initial invoices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Accounting, or Finance
- 1 to 3 years of experience in relevant areas
- Familiarity with Salesforce and other reporting tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Oracle ERP and Order Management is preferred
