Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales - U.S. (Genetic Data).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the U.S. sales strategy for genetic data solutions targeting clinical genomics labs, biotech/pharma, and research organizations
- Lead a team of sales executives, account managers, and business development professionals to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Cultivate executive-level relationships with decision-makers in clinical diagnostics, translational research, and biotech R&D
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, genomics, molecular diagnostics, or biotech data
- Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with biotech, pharma, or clinical labs
- Existing network of contacts in clinical labs, biopharma, and genomics research organizations
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills; demonstrated ability to recruit, mentor, and lead high-performing sales teams
- Bachelor's degree in a life sciences or business field required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) preferred
