Job Summary

A company is looking for a Weekend Inbound Phone Sales Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads remotely and conduct initial consultation calls
• Educate families on customized senior care solutions and liaise with senior housing communities or care providers

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask effectively while communicating with clients
• Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• Successful completion of a new hire training program
