A company is looking for a Treasury Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and product support for Treasury Solutions
• Engage with clients for outreach and support during migrations or changes
• Document system issues and escalate as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of customer service experience
• 5+ years of technical support experience
• Experience in banking, financial services, treasury, and/or cash management
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with various banking applications
