Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tutor Program Associate (Temporary/Part-time).
Key Responsibilities
- Support tutor onboarding, scheduling, and attendance tracking
- Assist with creating training materials and managing webinar logistics
- Track and organize program data, reports, and stipend records
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, nonprofit management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 2 years of experience in program coordination in an education or nonprofit setting
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management tools
- Experience with data tracking and basic reporting; familiarity with Airtable and Hubspot is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment
