Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and employees regarding operations, including scheduling and billing
- Conduct learning profile assessments and maintain positive relationships with families and community members
- Prepare reports, attend meetings, and support marketing events and special projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Experience managing a successful learning center
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Comfortable with technology platforms such as G Suite and Microsoft Office
